Bulgarian dry celery - leaf, stalk and flower, grown and dried by "Aroma Farm Pavlovi" in the village of Dragomir, region Plovdiv, Bulgaria. A spice with an incredible aroma, suitable for vegetable and meat soups, a variety of meat dishes, especially for game. In combination with parsnips, parsley and carrots, it is forming a universal mix for flavouring vegetable dishes. To release the full aromatic potential of the spice, add it in the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
