Organic cranberry jam, hand-made from Polyana farm. Organically certified. Thanks to the various phytonutrients in cranberry, it has antioxidant properties. The tocotrienol (a rare form of vitamin E) contained in these fruits is the most effective form of vitamin with antioxidant action.
Polyana is a Bulgarian organic farm producing cereals such as einkorn, spelt, rye and wheat; nuts, legumes, honey, herbs, milk and various jams and syrups. Polyana farm is placed in a clean region in the Strandzha Mountain.
In its production Polyana farm follows few rules:
* Minimal processing! – all jellies and syrups from blueberries, wild strawberries, green nuts, figs, nettles, thorns, pine needles, hawthorn and others have a natural taste and maximum amount of fruit or herb content.
* Hand-made! - Polyana Farm says: "We prefer to work more with our hands than with machines where it is possible. The energy of the hand is different than the machine’s one. We think that this is the right way to produce the most delicious and high-quality food."
* No artificial preservatives or additives! - The products have a reduced durability - no preservatives, additives or other improvers are used. Once opened, the products will not last for months and should be stored in the refrigerator.
