Winter radish seeds for germination at home
China Rose Radish - related to Daikon radish - belong to the cruciferous plant family. Pleasantly spicy-hot flavour. Great mixed with milder varieties of sprouts in salads and sandwiches, or on their own with any meal for an intense taste. When mixed with other seeds China Rose Radish seeds block the growth of bacteria and mildews. Can also be used for juicing, great for controlling coughs, soothing sore throats, clearing sinuses and reducing fever. Very high in vitamin C. The diuretic effect of Radish Sprouts help cleanse the digestive tract. Grow in a sprouting tray, jar, bag. Harvest after 3 days, before they develop a bitter flavor.
How to use China Rose seeds for sprouting - organic:
Soak the seeds overnight in water. Rinse well and place them in a kit or germinator, bearing in mind that during the process the seeds will increase in volume by at least 4 times. Store in a bright place at room temperature. They are watered 2-3 times a day until complete germination, which occurs after 3-4 days.
