Pitaya (pitahaya) powder, also known as dragon fruit (Hylocereus undatus) is an exotic plant with pink fruits that colour foods and beverages in happy pink colour, which is why it is an increasingly preferred natural way for foods colouring in one of the favourite colours of many kids and adults. An ideal addition to smoothies, shakes and creams not only because of its pink colour, but because of it pleasantly sweet taste. Suitable for making jams, jellies, candies, nuts. GMO free.
Use:
Pitaya powder is intensive colouring agent, so start with 1 tbsp, pre-dissolved in warm water. For a more saturated colour add more of the mixer. Especially suitable for light-coloured foods such as banana and mango. It is not recommended to mix with coconut! Do not heat above 70˚C.

Strawberry shake with pink pitaya
250 ml oatmeal, 1 tsp. ask for powder, 5-6 strawberries, agave syrup to taste, 1 tsp. fruit powder powder. Mix the ingredients and blend until homogeneous.
