Description
Alce Nero durum wheat pasta is made exclusively with wheat grown in Lombardy, Tuscany, Lazio, Basilicata, Puglia & Sicily. The special bronze drawing process gives it a rough surface, making it perfect for absorbing sauces. The long process of drying at low temperatures keeps the durum wheat’s excellent nutritional properties intact, completing an exacting production cycle that pays meticulous attention to quality. Vegetables and the grains are added to the durum wheat to give it a delicate color and flavor, ideal for flavorful, exuberant recipes! Alce Nero durum wheat pasta has low glycemic index and high protein content, ensuring long-lasting energy, easy digestion, enhanced weight and diabetes control, good protection against heart disease, and optimal nutrition.
Preparation:
Add the pasta to 5 l boiling water. Stir the pasta until the water returns to a boil, then stir a few times every minute thereafter. Cooking time approx. 10 minutes.
