How to use Chilopitaki pasta with goat's milk and eggs - organic:
Pour the desired amount of pasta into boiling, salted water and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Drain and add your favorite sauces, use as a base for a cold salad, or as a side dish to a main course. Another option is to add the pasta directly to the cooking tomato sauce and let it cook in it - this way the squares absorb the flavors of the sauce and spices very well. Perfect for thickening soups (use instead of vermicelli).
