Natural clay Kaolin, dried and ground to a powder with Bulgarian origin. The use of clay dates back to antiquity and originally is used for making ceramic and porcelain vessels and paper. Later it has found its place in the alternative medicine as a valuable product with beneficial effects on skin and hair. Clay is an all-natural product that occurs naturally in nature with different mineral composition.
Many beauty products contain clay so it is perfect ingredient for home-made cosmetics. Especially recommended for oily and problematic skin with acne, as it removes extra sebum and unclog and clean the pores. The clay procedure leaves a feeling of drier and cleaner skin. Added to shampoo or using it instead of shampoo, it makes the hair thicker and more elastic, nourishes it and adds volume.
How to use:
In a non-metallic container mix the clay with water in a ratio of 1:2 and add 2 drops of essential oil if desired and stir with a wooden spoon.
For skin: Once a week, apply on the face as a mask for 15 minutes. 1-2 times a day clean the face and the neck and rinse with warm water.
For hair Use instead of shampoo - apply first at the roots, then at the edges and leave for 20 minutes and wash off with water. For external use only!
