This natural sponge is a purely natural care product, since all its ingredients are completely natural and free of artificial colors and preservatives as well. The main component of our Konjac sponges is konjac flour, which is obtained from the fibers of the Konjac root. The Konjac root is a widespread plant in Asia, where it is used not only in cosmetics but also in medicine and in food.
The flour from the root is mixed with water, poured into a mold and cured. Depending on which skin type of Konjac sponge is to be used for, herbal or natural additives such as bamboo extract, French clay or aloe vera are added. Its effect:

The Blueberry Konjac Sponge is therefore ideal to old skin cells gently remove so that relief wrinkles disappear quickly. Use the sponge regularly to give your skin elasticity and freshness back. Due to its alkaline effect a Konjac sponge regulates the acidity of the skin in a natural way. Care instructions:

1. Rinse thoroughly before the first use of the sponge. Soak the dry sponge for 3-5 minutes. Do not use in dry condition!
2. Adding of soap or cleansing lotion is not necessary but possible. Massage your face with gentle movements.
3. After use, rinse with lukewarm, clear water and squeeze gently. In order not to damage the smooth fiber structure, do not wring the sponge. Place the Konjac sponge on the palm of the hand and press it with the other palm.
4. After use hang the sponge to dry. Depending on how moist the air in the bathroom and how often you use the Konjac Sponge, it will dry completely or only partially until the next application. Soak the sponge in warm water before another use.

Durability:

For optimum effect, a Konjac sponge should be replaced every 2 to 3 months. Since it is a completely natural product, over time it begins to shrink and tears in places.
Because of its all-natural ingredients each sponge may be disposed of as organic waste. You can also use it as a makeup sponge to apply liquid makeup or add to compost for flowerpots. Due to its ability to save a lot of water, the Konjac sponge acts as a water reservoir.
