In brown rice all parts of the grain are retained in it's natural state, and with them they contain valuable nutrients - such as vitamins B, iron, magnesium and fiber. Whole-grain foods with a low glycemic index. The round brown rice remains sticky when cooked, good for sushi, rice croquettes, paella, risotto and puddings.

Directions:

Pour the rice with water in a ratio of 1:1.5 and cook for half an hour.
