This spaghetti are made of organic konjac flour and ready to enjoy in just 3 minutes. The pasta contains no sugar, fat or gluten and is ideal for cooking tasty meals. They are low in calories with only 9 kcal per 100 g making it the perfect choice for health-conscious foodies. The organic konjac noodles are a healthy alternative to conventional noodles, with a neutral flavour they basically absorb the flavour of the sauce you serve them with. They're safe for people with Celiac's disease. These konjac noodles are completely natural and made from a vegetable fibre from the konjac plant. The fibre is unique and has been used in Japanese cuisine for more than a hundred years.
How to use Konjac noodles in spaghetti shape - organic:
Prepare the noodles as you would conventional pasta. The pre-cooked noodles are ready to eat in just 3 minutes. All you have to do is rinse them in a sieve and warm them up (preferably in a pan). They're great in soups too. Оpened and stored in water, it's storable in the fridge for up to 2 days.
