Description
Sunflower requires plenty of water to grow. Sprouted seeds provide a wealth of nutrients: phosphorus and calcium to keep teeth and bones healthy and help digestion of fats and simple sugars, magnesium for tonic muscles; potassium for the health of the nervous system; iron and copper for red blood cells. Sunflower seeds have 30% of protein and vitamin A. This is usually typical of animal food and it is difficult to get it from vegetables. It sprouts in 4-6 days with hulls that fall naturally from the already sprouted seed.
