Brown rice grown in Piedmont and Lombardy areas by the standards of organic farming. The rice has large grains in a honey color and a pleasant earthy flavor.

Directions for use:

Suitable for the preparation of soups and dishes with vegetables and legumes.

Method of preparation:

Soak for at least half an hour and pre-wash the rice with cold water. In a suitable pot put 1 tea cup of rice and 2-2.5 cup water and allow it to boil. Let it simmer for 40-45 minutes.
