Specially designed to meet the dynamic changes in the trends of the modern diet, the Alce Nero’s line of gluten-free pasta is prepared only from 2 ingredients – organically grown corn flour and rice flour. The recipe has balanced taste and aroma. Their specific grain structure keeps them intact after cooking and absorbs easily sauces and spices.

Preparation:

Add to 5 liters of boiling salted water. Cook about 10-12 min. Drain, season and serve.
