For back-to-basics breakfast with high fibre content, or for boosting pancakes, porridge or pastry. Simply enjoy this gluten-free treat.

Oatmeal (1 serving):

Bring 100 ml oat flakes, 200 ml water and a pinch of salt to the boil. Leave to simmer for 4-5 min. while stirring.
