Marigold’s glorious Engevita Vitamin D yeast flakes provide a rich source of vitamin D, B vitamins and Zinc. They are a natural food grown on fortified molasses under carefully controlled conditions with the addition of yeast treated with ultra-violet light in order to naturally increase its vitamin D content. Engevita yeast flakes are vegan and gluten free.
How to use Nutritional yeast Engevita with vitamins D and B12:
Use in soups, stews, salads, or sprinkle over pasta to give them a light cheesy, nutty flavor. In order to preserve the valuable vitamins and qualities, it is not recommended to heat it above 100C.
