Hydrating Face Cream 5% Urea, Bioturm, 75 ml

Our hydrating face cream 5% urea gives the skin back the missing urea and together with the lacto-intensive active complex provides for intensive care and regeneration of damaged skin. Urea is found on healthy human skin as a natural moisturizer. In case of extremely dry skin, neurodermatitis and psoriasis the content of urea is reduced considerably, meaning the skin cannot absorb as much moisture as healthy skin can do. The face cream with 5% urea is without perfume and thus also suitable for allergic people. The content of moisture of facial skin is increased, itchiness and tense feeling are reduced.

Active ingredients:

• Urea - products with a content of up to 10% urea have a strong moisturising effect, higher concentrations have keratolytic properties (soften callused skin). On irritated skin or open wounds, urea could cause a short burning feeling.
• Lacto-intensive active complex - the fresh organic whey is being fermented by means of a special process. It normalises the skin’s flora and the acid mantle by the ingredients contained. Natural lactic acid, essential amino acids, trace elements etc. are well absorbed by the skin and normalise the skin's moisture level.
• Squalane - extracted from vegetable oils like olive, amaranth, palm, rice germ and wheat germ oil. As a component of the sebum, 5 to 12% of squalane is included in the hydro lipid layer of the skin. Squalane provides a silky soft skin feeling and is not greasy.

Directions for use of Hydrating Face Cream 5% Urea:

As required apply several times daily onto cleansed facial skin. The special airless-system packaging avoids air penetrating into the dispenser. Thus additional preservation is not necessary. This system allows to empty the package completely - without cutting or shaking it. To activate the airless-system, press several times strongly until the cream oozes out.
