Flour from organic green bananas
Green banana flour from Peru. Fair Trade and organic certified by EcoCert. It is produced from dried and ground to a fine powder green bananas. Widely used in South American, Asian and African cuisine. Green banana flour does not have the traditional and familiar banana taste, because while the fruit is still ripping, they do not have the characteristic sweetness. Banana flour can replace part or all of white flour in confectionery recipes.
How to use:
use as a flour for sweet dough for pancakes, cake, cake tops or as an ingredient for shakes or smoothies.
