Broccoli belongs to the Brassiacacee family. They are rich in mineral elements like potassium and sulphur, fibre and vitamins A and C and are excellent treatments against malignant cells. How to use Broccoli seeds for sprouting - organic:
Soak the seeds overnight in water. Rinse well and place them in a kit or germinator, bearing in mind that during the process the seeds will increase in volume by at least 4 times. Store in a bright place at room temperature. They are watered 2-3 times a day until complete germination, which occurs after 3-4 days. They can be eaten directly or stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
