In a first step the blanched organic almonds are partially defatted by mechanical pressing. The obtained crude protein is pulverized by kryonert®-technology: oxygen-free and temperature-controlled. This processing method allows for the valuable protein structures, vitamins, minerals and macronutrients to be preserves. Adding protein to different foods and drinks helps you feel full for a longer time. Produced in Germany.

Directions for use:

Add 1-2 tbsp to water, juice, nut milk, smoothie or muesli. Its taste matches well with both sweet and savoury foods. An especially good combination is with protein shakes and desserts because of its light nutty taste.
