Konjac noodles in a classic spaghetti shape
Shirataki konjac noodles in a classic spaghetti shape. They are prepared from the edible roots of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac). Konjac noodles are a vegan product that does not contain gluten and lactose. They are used as a dietary food because they are low in carbohydrates, rich in fibres and high in natural glucomannan (polysaccharide).
Ready to eat in just 2 minutes. They can be added to soup or use as a pasta and flavour with your favourite sauce.
How to use:
pour the contents of the package into a bowl and pour hot water. Wait 2-3 minutes and drain. Add your favourite sauce, chopped vegetables, pieces of meat or seafood.
