Organic Spelt 80g, Bavicchi, 80 g

Spelt is one of the oldest cereals still farmed today. There are traces that date back its cultivation to as early as 7000 B.C. Spelt produces a grass (spelt grass) which has excellent nutritional properties. Like other cereals, when cut and pressed with the proper equipment, this grass produces a deep green juice. Unlike the juice of other cereals, spelt grass juice is very sweet and is therefore suitable for the first time grass juice drinkers.
To produce spelt grass, place the seeds in a uniform layer in soil or in the special GEO kit and water daily until the grass is at least 20 cm tall.

Growing spelt grass:

Step 1: Soak seeds – 12 hours
Step 2: Sprout for 2 days, water twice a day
Step 3: Fill trays with soil (1-2 inches)
Step 4: Set sprouted seeds on top of soil
Step 5: Water the soil
Step 6: Cover trays with trays
Step 7: Set trays in dark for 3 days, water daily
Step 8: Day 4 uncover tray: grass: yellow, 1-3 inch high
Step 9: Expose to indirect light and keep soil moist
Step 10:Harverst after 9-12 days: grass: 7-10 inch high
