Description
Red radish belongs to the Cruciferee family. The taste is very hot. In the first days seeds may develop some little white hairs leading to some serious mould if not taken away in time. It shows that quantity and rising routine of water are not correct. White hair can be cleaned with a vigorous rinse under running water. The radish sprout’s high content of vitamin C and the sharp taste make it suitable against colds, sinusitis, asthma and chest congestion. It activates intestinal flora and stimulates cleaning from mucus.
