Description
Reduces the cooking time for legumes; simply add to the boiling water at the same time. Our cream of tartar baking powder is prepared without the addition of phosphates and is used to ease the working of the mixture when making creamed cakes, shortcrust, rolls, (wheat) bread, biscuits or sponge mixture. Phosphate free.
Ingredients:
corn starch*, acidifier: monopotassium tartrate (cream of tartar 24,7 %); raising agent: baking soda (natrium hydrogen carbonate). *Certified organic.
