These fruits contain significant amounts of anthocyanadins, antioxidant compounds that give blue, purple and red colors to fruits and vegetables. Included in blueberry anthocyanins are malvidins, delphinidins, pelargonidins, cyanidins, and peonidins.

Recommended dosage:

Take 30 ml juice twice a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. After opening, keep the bottle in the refrigerator and consume the juice within 2-3 weeks. Shake well before use.
