Jumbo oat flakes, that are produced by cleaning, dehulling, heat-treating and rolling clean and sound gluten-free oats. The final product is free of rancid, bitter or undesired flavors and odors and free from all foreign material. No additives or preservatives are added.
Our oat flakes are grown by certified organic farmers in Finland. They are then processed in a gluten free environment and batch tested to ensure they do not contain more than 20ppm of gluten, as per the new EU Regulation on foods labelled ‘gluten free’.
How to use Gluten-free jumbo oat flakes - organic - bulk:
They are suitable for use in porridge, granola, dry snack mixes, bars, bakery and yoghurt topping.
