How to use Sunflower protein powder - organic:

Sunflower protein is used together with other flours (spelt, einkorn, wheat, etc.) in the preparation of various baked goods, adding a green color to the baked goods as well as increasing their protein content. The recommended ratio is 1:5 of the amount of mixing flour. 1-2 scoops can also be added to a morning smoothie or shake.
