Watermelon Charleston Gray is a very resistant variety to diseases and to transports; very large fruit with an elongated shape, with light green skin and very sugary red pulp. Watermelon contains a fair amount of sugars, especially fructose, and vitamins A and B1. Watermelon consists of more than 90% water.
How to use Watermelon Charleston Gray variety - seeds for planting:
It is sown in March under glass and in April - May outdoors in well prepared and fertilized tiles, one and a half meters apart in a warm situation. Place 3 seeds in each hole (previously kept in water for a few hours), to then let only one or two of the most developed plants grow. It requires frequent watering, it does not need cuttings, but the slender branches must be removed to keep 3-4 of the strongest ones.
