The unique taste of crackers is due to the special production technology. Crackers are baked in an oven at low temperature. The flour used is rye because it is rich in fiber, and the fat is organic ghee butter - purified cow butter (with removed milk protein). The ingredients are carefully selected only from certified organic producers, without GMOs, without leavening agents, without added preservatives, sweeteners or colorants.
