Puffed buckwheat seeds are an alternative to the cereals containing wheat. They are perfectly mixing with puffed quinoa, puffed millet or other cereals and flakes. The taste of buckwheat is good both for sweet and savoury dishes - combine with honey, dried fruits or wild mushrooms, parsley, onions, fresh vegetables, tofu and cheese.

How to use:

add to breakfast cereal and muesli. Sprinkled on yogurt and fresh fruit. Combined with dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Pour a little warm water to soften and season with spices and olive oil.
