Pea protein is concentrated up to 90%. It has as much methionine as in soya protein. Pea protein is a slow protein and has lots of advantages:
- easy to digest;
- pleasant taste;
- hypoallergenic protein source;
- a very good amino acid profile;
- provides prebiotics.
It is an excellent alternative to soya and dairy proteins. The protein is extracted by purification, drying and grind, without the use of chemical solvents. Gluten & GMO free.
Use:
The recommended daily dose is 10-20g. Blend into shakes or use as a soup thickener at the end of cooking, stirring thoroughly.
