Only three ingredients: henna, indigo, and cassia which colour, condition and strengthen your hair. No chemicals, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers.

• Organic henna (Lawsonia inermis) - the dried leaves contain an active colouring component Lawsone which is known as 2-hydroxy-1-4-naphthoquinone or CI Natural Orange 6. This imparts orange to red colour to the hair.
• Organic indigo (Indigofera tinctoria) - the vat dye extracted from the dried leaves of this plant contains indigo which imparts blue to green colour. This plant has been known in India for over 3500 years for dyeing hair.
• Organic cassia or colourless henna (Cassia auriculata) - the tannins from its leaves and bark help in fixing the colour on the hair.

The box contains 1 pair of gloves as well.

How to apply:

1. Add to organic henna desired quantity of warm water to make a thick paste.
2. Moisten your hair and apply the paste with a brush, taking small segments at a time.
3. Allow the paste to set for 30-45 minutes. For extra softness, yoghurt can be added to this paste. Rinse it with water thoroughly. For dry, damaged porous or excessively permed hair, only colourless henna is recommended.
