With 41% fruit and seeds added, Alara Fruity Oats is a treat, hot or cold, or a delicious, nutritious snack.

Serving Suggestions:

For a delicious breakfast add the milk of your choice, juice or yogurt. Can be blended into smoothies or soaked overnight to soften the grains and seeds.
