Easy to prepare brown rice noodles (often called rice spaghetti but actually they resemble Italian linguines in shape, but are slightly narrower). They are a good choice for anyone who follows a gluten-free diet. It is not surprising that they are a favourite food of many people, not only because of their delicious taste and nutritious, but also because they are prepared extremely easily and quickly.
Rice noodles are widely used in Asian cuisine and are a main ingredient in Japanese vegetable soup, as well as in a variety of Asian meat and vegetable dishes.
How to use:
Pour the brown rice noodles into a pot of boiling water and wait until it boils again, then reduce the temperature by half. Leave for 4-5 minutes. Drain the noodles and cool with cold water.
