Natural extract of organic bourbon vanilla with a characteristic rich aroma and taste of vanilla. A widespread aromatic additive in recipes for cakes, pudding, Easter cake, Christmas cookies and cakes, chocolate desserts, poached fruits, Bavarian cream, ice cream, yogurt, hot and cold drinks. The small bottle of vanilla extract has its place of honour on the shelf among the other spices used in the art of making confections. Use in a ratio of 2 to 5 drops to 1000 ml.
Use:
For pastries and desserts use 2 - 5 drops in 1 litter of mixture.
